Privacy policy
This page describes how WhiteFish.One LLC handles information submitted through www.whitefish.one. It is not a substitute for a data-processing agreement with an issuing institution. Product processing of education records is governed by the customer agreement and institutional policy.
What we collect on this website
Demo, sales, and get-started forms collect name, work email, institution, title, product interest, and optional message. A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce spam. We do not ask for student education records through marketing forms.
How we use it
Inquiries are used to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and, if you ask, discuss enterprise deployment. We do not sell form data. We do not use this site as an advertising graph of learners.
Processors
Form delivery uses Formspree. Hosting may use a standard cloud provider. Those processors see the fields you submit in order to deliver the message.
Education records
When WhiteFish processes education records for a college or university, we do so as a service provider at the institution’s direction, with FERPA-aligned controls described in the customer agreement. That processing is separate from this marketing site.
