Privacy policy

This page describes how WhiteFish.One LLC handles information submitted through www.whitefish.one. It is not a substitute for a data-processing agreement with an issuing institution. Product processing of education records is governed by the customer agreement and institutional policy.

What we collect on this website

Demo and sales forms collect name, work email, institution, title, product interest, and optional message. A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce spam. We do not ask for student education records through marketing forms.

How we use it

Inquiries are used to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and, if you ask, discuss enterprise deployment. We do not sell form data. We do not use this site as an advertising graph of learners.

Processors

Form delivery uses Formspree. Site measurement uses Google Analytics. Hosting may use a standard cloud provider. Those processors see what they need to deliver the service.

Analytics

Google Analytics records page views, in-site navigation, approximate location, device type, outbound clicks, and whether a demo or sales form is started or submitted, including the product interest selected. We do not send names, email addresses, or institution names from those forms to Google Analytics.

Education records

When WhiteFish processes education records for a college or university, we do so as a service provider at the institution’s direction, with FERPA-aligned controls described in the customer agreement. That processing is separate from this marketing site.
